Catherine is a member of the Privacy and Data Management group in our Montréal office. She advises companies on a wide range of privacy issues, with a focus on the use of new technologies involving the processing of personal information and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Osler, Catherine was an associate at another leading corporate law firm.

Catherine est sociétaire au sein du groupe de Respect de la vie privée et gestion de l’information de notre bureau de Montréal. Elle conseille des entreprises quant à un large éventail de questions liées à la protection de la vie privée ainsi qu’en matière de fusion et acquisition. Avant de se joindre à Osler, Catherine était sociétaire au sein d’un autre cabinet national en droit des affaires.
